A permanent tooth-shade lightening is achieved, but the teeth will slowly begin to restain again with time. The teeth bleaching trays can be kept permanently and the tooth whitening effect can be topped-up every few months, by using the gel for one or two nights. Most people find the tooth whitening procedure very comfortable, although many people experience some tooth sensitivity during the treatment. This sensitivity is usually mild, and disappears within a few days of completing the treatment.
